I am an experienced Psychodynamic Counsellor working in Victoria in the centre of Westminster with people suffering from emotional distress. My rooms are within easy reach of most parts of Central and South West London. I am also a trained Trauma Therapist offering support to people who have been affected by crime, war or other traumatic events.

People come to counselling when they feel that they aren't coping with the stresses of everyday life.

You might have slowly recognised that life cannot go on in this way, or perhaps a specific event has made you realise that something has to change. Counselling offers you an opportunity to think about your life, who you are, and where you fit in.
