  • First step
    Call or email me to arrange a confidential initial consultation (usually about 75 minutes).


  • First meeting
    You'll tell me what's worrying you. I won't judge you or criticise you and everything we talk about will be completely confidential. We'll arrange a regular time to meet and we'll agree a fee.


  • Counselling sessions
    By meeting each week (for 50 minutes), we'll establish a trusting environment where you can confront your anxieties. I won't advise you in what to do but I will use my experience to encourage you to find your own answers.
